Penn State is seeking employers for a confidential onboarding study to better understand how newcomers experience the onboarding process.
The purpose of the study is to better understand how newcomers experience the onboarding process- what happens to them, what helps them, what hinders them, and what they hope for - which should provide pragmatic recommendations for HRD practice that are grounded in newcomers' actual experiences and needs.
