Event Description:

Building the pipeline from school to employment.

This meeting will be an open conversation between local superintendents and employers to better understand the needs of local employers. Superintendents are welcoming business and industry partners from all career pathways to join in the discussion and build urgency in our communities to find solutions the workforce gap. The discussion will focus on identifying needs of the employer and how we can educate students through career awareness and student engagement in our communities.

Guidance for parking at Selinsgrove Area SD:

  • Enter the School District from Broad Street,
  • Turn onto Seals Ave.,
  • Continue on Seals Ave. (Left Lane) past the tennis courts,
  • After passing the tennis courts on your left, turn left into the large parking lot located between the tennis courts and baseball field.

*There will be signage and additional traffic personnel to assist in the process.  The media center is located at the nearest entrance into the building.
