\n\nThis meeting will be an open conversation between local superintendents and employers to better understand the needs of local employers. Superintendents are welcoming business and industry partners from all career pathways to join in the discussion and build urgency in our communities to find solutions the workforce gap. \;The discussion will focus on identifying needs of the employer and how we can educate students through career awareness and student engagement in our communities.
