The Work:

Manage assigned ID residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved

Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements

Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives

Support front-line supervisors and clinical experts to ensure cohesive team operations
-
Collaborate with the clinical team ensuring consistency in documentation related to treatment
-
Act as the point of contact for counties, hospitals, families, etc.

Actively participate in county planning and decision making activities
-
Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

Minimum Educational Requirements: (One of the following)
-
Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field

Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
-
Master’s degree with one year of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
Additional Minimum Requirements:
-
Experience with regulatory compliance
-
Two years supervisory/management experience
-
Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
-
At least 18 years of age
-
Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle

Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
