Key Responsibilities:
As the Visitor Information Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of SRVVB, helping visitors discover the region’s attractions, events, and experiences. Your duties will include:

Providing exceptional customer service to visitors in person and over the phone.

Selling retail items using the SQUARE system.

Assisting with brochure inventory, restocking, and fulfilling mail requests.

Assisting with outreach calls to partners and customers.
-
Researching and compiling special events from partner websites and social media.

Creating engaging weekly and seasonal e-newsletters featuring local events.

Supporting SRVVB projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

Knows the region well and can confidently provide clear directions and recommendations.

Is flexible with scheduling and willing to adjust as needed.

Holds a valid PA driver’s license and can lift up to 35 lbs.
