Class of 2027 Young American Nomination Form

Participating schools select one student for each month, September through May, to receive the Young Americans award. They select the students by utilizing the following criteria:

· Senior in high school
· Scholastic Achievements
· School Activities
· Character
· Out-of-school participation

Please include a student headshot with your submission. Be sure to name the file using their first initial and last name (e.g., sjones.jpg).
