Join the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce for our virtual "Chamber Series" event: Rise & Shine: It's "Better Normal Time."
What do we mean, "Better Normal Time?"
We mean that now is the best time to learn about ways to grow your business, not just to focus on recovering from the pandemic. Now is the time to explore creative solutions to the hiring challenges, skills gaps, and "quits rate" that we are growing disconcertingly more accustomed to. Now is the time to consider how to market your businesses and your jobs to Veterans, to connect with Veterans issues, and to make the Valley more welcoming for this incredibly skilled population than ever before.
Hear from Veterans, experts, and employers who have "employee resource groups", and are doing this well. After all, the Valley is a great place to live, work, and play, and we'd like to showcase this to our country's bravest. We're pleased to have Craig Swineford, Veterans Services Specialist at the PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs as a keynote speaker, as well as Chris Grill, Program Manager, Military and Veterans Affairs for Geisinger.
