Pennsylvania’s workforce challenges require innovative partnerships, practical solutions, and new ways of thinking. Join the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce for the Regional Workforce Leadership Symposium: Building Pennsylvania’s Workforce, Strategies for Turning Shortage into Opportunity.
This collaborative program will bring together employers, HR professionals, business leaders, educators, workforce development organizations, and public-sector partners to explore real-world strategies for strengthening our region’s workforce.
Attendees will hear from workforce experts and leave with practical, actionable ideas focused on expanding talent pipelines, improving recruitment and retention, understanding what today’s workforce is looking for, and developing the skills needed for long-term organizational success.
The symposium is presented in collaboration with Angela Hummel Consulting, SUN Area Technical Institute, Luzerne County Community College, and the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, with PA 529/PA ABLE as our featured partner.
