The Food and Wine Fest is now at D-minus-30…and counting down.
That’s my semi-serious way of letting you know, using military parlance, that we’re just one month away from hosting your Chamber’s 1st Annual Food and Wine Festival. Also, I really want to impress upon you that this event is just about sold out. So, in other words, if you want to be part of the fun, you need to get your tickets, now.
Vanessa Venios’ fingerprints are all over the launch of our newest Chamber event, the Food and Wine Fest. Vanessa joined our Chamber in her current full-time status late last year and she has brought lots of great ideas for fun events and other community building activities to our attention. The Food and Wine Fest is just the beginning of her good work and her great ideas.
The 1st Annual Food and Wine Fest is truly a showcase of the fine epicurean treasures that we have here in the Greater Susquehanna Valley. Just think about it, in one place (the Iron Front in downtown Lewisburg), on the same day (April 6th), at the same time (beginning at 2:00 pm for VIP tickets holders, 3:00 pm for all other tickets and going to 7:00 pm) a dozen or so of our valley’s best chefs will pair their creations with wines from the very best wine producers and merchants in our entire region.
