Montoursville, PA. October 24th, 2022- LIVIC Civil welcomes Andrew Keister, P.E., P.L.S. Bloomsburg, PA as a new Director of Civil Engineering to kick off their 5th year in business. Andy will be instrumental in opening LIVIC’s fourth office located in Montoursville, PA this week. This new location will allow LIVIC Civil to continue their mission of guiding local communities, state agencies and regional businesses through their development and civil engineering projects and challenges. A ribbon cutting event will be scheduled for November 2022.
Keister is a Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor who resides in Bloomsburg with his wife and two children. During his career as an executive with several multi-discipline consulting firms, he’s focused serving private, municipal and oil and gas clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region. He’s also experience with organizational and financial management, business development and acquisitions and looks forward to bringing his experience to a new team.
