Pittston, PA. – Mayor Kendy Alvarez will be a panelist on the January 16th episode of WVIA’s Keystone Edition Business.
The topic of the episode will be The Changing Face of Business. Immigrants are increasingly becoming the face of business. More than half of the billion-dollar startup companies in the US were founded by people who weren’t born here. Keystone Edition looks at immigrant-led businesses in our area, what it takes to get there, and what resources are available.
