The Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce and its Communications & Technology Committee will hold their Annual Innovation Summit on Friday, December 15th. This virtual event will focus on Artificial Intelligence and the many ways it is likely to impact life in the Greater Susquehanna Valley, including education, workforce, security, and business practice. The committee decided to make AI the focus of this summit after hearing feedback from members throughout the Chamber’s footprint that this emerging technology is something they are concerned about and would like to feel better prepared for.
The event will run 8am to 12pm with a fantastic line-up of speakers. These subject matter experts include representatives from Bucknell University, Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, Contrast, Elevated Coaching & Consulting, and Zenith Online Marketing. Attendees can expect to learn a great deal through presentations like: “The Impact of AI on Human Resources” from Kylie van Luyn; Founder of Elevated Coaching & Consulting, and “Increasing Efficiency/Productivity for Business Owners through AI” from Alex Fleck; Founder of Zenith Online Marketing. In addition to businesses, local schools are invited to participate in this event with multiple area districts already scheduled to attend. The information to be presented will be relevant to students, teachers, and administrators, as much as it is to private sector businesses.
