CSO, Inc. is proposing to primarily utilize the funding for administration of projects and services (HMIS, Rapid Rehousing, Homelessness Prevention, Street Outreach, and Emergency Shelter) provided by the organization to assist with housing for individuals in Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland counties to meet immediate needs and assist individuals in achieving self-sufficiency. Residents are invited to provide written comments/recommendations regarding the work plan of the proposed services at the above stated time.
