Angela Hummel Consulting Offering Leadership Series

Northumberland, PA— August 8, 2023 —To help meet supervisory and leadership skills gaps and workforce development needs, Angela Hummel Consulting, a designated Instructional Partner for the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) for the Certified Supervisor Program, is offering an online leadership learning series, starting September 2023.  The comprehensive curriculum is focused on 12 key subject areas, designed to provide participants with sound knowledge based on the management criteria that employers seek.

This learning series will help employees be successful supervisory leaders in today’s workplace. Participants will be able to apply what they learn in the real world, immediately, to help them advance in their career. Registration is open to anyone at any leadership level and in any industry who wants to effectively supervise others. The course is specifically designed for new and emerging leaders.

According to CareerOneStop’s Occupational Profile for First-Line Supervisors, the need for first-line supervisors/managers is expected to grow by 11% by the year 2029, meaning employers are going to need to fill roles with qualified employees with the skills necessary to manage.

Participants who complete the learning series will have the option to pursue the globally recognized Certified Supervisor (CS) credential through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM).
