Customer Service Representative

The Daily Item is currently looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. 
Interested individuals should:

• Possess strong customer service skills, to provide assistance to our customers and carriers both in person and by phone. 
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to deadlines.
• Communicate and work well with others as a team.
• Have a good working knowledge of computers and basic software.
• Have a high school or GED diploma.
