Meet the Candidates
Event Description:
Join the Greater Susquehanna Valley and Columbia Montour Chambers of Commerce as we co-host this Meet the Candidates night at the Pine Barn Inn. Sponsored by Williams and UGI, this event will provide Chamber members with an opportunity to hear directly from and meet with your local elected representatives as well as those that are running for public office. Invitations have been extended to all registered candidates for the following elected offices:
- U.S. Senate
- U.S. House (9th & 12th congressional districts)
- Pennsylvania House (84th, 85th, 107th, 108th & 109th legislative districts)
- Governor
- Lieutenant Governor
All candidates in attendance will be provided with two minutes to answer the question "What do you feel needs to be done to improve Pennsylvania's business climate?" After each candidate has provided responses, there will be casual networking with light appetizers for the remainder of the evening.
A list of attendees will be provided closer to the date of the event as we receive their RSVPs. There is no cost to attend, however please note that this event is only open to members of the Columbia Montour and Greater Susquehanna Valley Chambers.
