Seeking to answer the question\, "What are the advantages of an independent regional community college?"\, the Summit will feature keynote speakers Dr. Scott Evenbeck\, Founding President of Guttman Community College\, and Dr. Randy Smith\, President of the Rural Community College Alliance.\n\n\n\nCommunity Colleges are attractive regional public assets that serve as a bridge to self-sustaining wage-earning at a significanly reduced cost.  Come to learn more about how a community college could benefit the Greater Susquehanna Valley!\n\n\n\nIn addition to keynote speakers\, the Summit will feature breakout sessions\, a workforce panel discussion\, and student testimonials. Lunch will be provided for all participants.
