DESCRIPTION:Registration deadline is Friday\, September 7\, 2018.\n\nPlease join us at our 13th Annual Women's Leadership Symposium - Daring\, Dynamic\, Determined: Living a Life in 3-D.\n\n(Casual attire is appropriate)\n\n\n\nMorning Keynote Speaker: Susan Russell\, Associate Professor in the School of Theatre at The Pennsylvania State University.\n\nTopic: Saying "Yes" to a Life in 3-D!\n\nNetworking Activity: Jenny Daddario\, Assistant Vice President Mifflinburg Market at Service 1st Federal Credit Union \n\n\n\nBreakout Sessions:\n\nEmma Fleck\, PhD\, Susquehanna University\n\n Topic: The Entrepreneurial Mindset\n\n Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur\, a senior executive in private business\, the public sector or in a non-profit\, or a woman with a passion for getting things done\, it is important that you take an entrepreneurial approach in everything you do.  \n\nFrom years of research and working with women from every sector of industry\, Emma can conclude that entrepreneurial thinking is something that should be embodied as a skill for life and is applicable for all industries and the non-profit sector.  In this session\, she will explore how we can embrace the entrepreneurial mindset by exploring creativity\, innovation and problem solving.\n\nDeana Carson & Adrienne Breed\, Health Educators at Evangelical Community Hospital \n\nTopic: Stress and Wellness\n\nIn this session\, Deana will be discussing what stress is\, how it affects our body and a few quick and easy techniques that you can use at home to help reduce the negative effects of stress.  Adrienne will be leading the group in a brief exercise demonstration.  Participants will learn simple but effective exercises that they can do at work to improve their mental and physical wellbeing as well as their reduce stress at work. \n\nClosing Keynote Speaker: Diane Weller\, BS\, ASBD\, Founder & Principal\, Diane Weller Coaching. \n\nTopic: Career Constipation Got You Down? Strategies to overcome (or avoid) it and liberate your talent.
